About the room

Large house set in the tranquil, leafy suburb of Bridgewater. Spacious private bedroom with ample cupboard space. Furnished room unless you would like to bring your own furniture/ bed. Fully equipped kitchen with all amenities, including air fryers and washing machine. Spacious bathroom that will be shared with one other lady. Shared living room and dining area. We very seldomly use these areas as we have our own mini living quarters. Small swimming pool. Secure parking. Fast WiFi, included in rent. Unfortunately, no pets.

About the roomies

We are a couple (Daniel and Lara) with a strong work ethic and values including honesty, kindness and mutual respect. We mostly keep to ourselves as our lives are quite busy and active. The loudest noise you may hear from time to time is us playing guitar and singing a few songs. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and who will adhere to house rules like keeping the kitchen and shared areas neat and clean.
