The house is run by Roomify, a co-living company. We don’t live on site, but we manage everything: cleaning, laundry, Wi-Fi, maintenance and repairs, so you never have to chase a landlord or split a bill with housemates.

Your housemates are students and young professionals, each in their own room, sharing a big, clean, well-kept home. Every tenant is screened before moving in, so you know who you’re living with.

House rules are simple & governed by a co-living constitution & are meant to keep the house easy to live in:

• No parties
• No pets
• Overnight guests with permission
• One person per room
