(My shower S Avail) It’s a house share - Room No 2. Which is available . The room looks onto the patio and garden. The room has a bed, desk, curtains, side table and lamp. No covered parking.

The bigger room No 1 is not available and has a car port - is taken by a sound engineer student.

The smaller room 2 is available from the 1 of August.

Use of kitchen, utensils , pots and pans and all lounge areas and dining house space

Person with sober habits and no drugs.  No criminal records. Free Credit checks will be requested and police clearance certificate will be required for the application form.
