This is the main room, spacious with an ensuite and plenty of cupboard space.It has a sliding door out into the back garden.The room forms part of the main house which has a granny flat above the garage. The house is spacious, the common area includes the kitchen, lounge,entertainment/braai area and garden area.The house has a perimeter wall and is secure, my in-laws are retired live in the granny flat which gives added security. The property is in the winelands area of Table View. The nearest bus stop is a 10 minute walk and the same for the shops.
About the roomies
Myself and my wife have relocated to the UK and in our absence have decided to rent the rooms out allowing us access to the house if we come on holiday or decided to stay in a room. There are 4 other male tenants two have been there for 4 years the 3rd is has been there for 3 months and the 4th will be moving in at the end of the month. One tenant keeps very much to himself the other have said that they enjoy staying there.
