Die Rand

This small house is located in Die rand complex in Stellenbosch, meaning it is very safe and there is always security. the complex includes braai areas, washing facilities and a swimming pool. The house itself has a kitchen, small living room, one bathroom and two bedrooms as well as a small outside area. There are two parking available so you would have an allocated parking. I plan on furnishing the house like the living room and my room but you will have to furnish your own room. The kitchen is spacious with an oven and place for a washing machine I am going to try to provide. The electricity and I think water is not included, wifi is also not included. It is walking distance from Stellenbosch campus.

The photos I currently have of the room are current previous tenants who are very very messy so it is not a good representation of the house, and why I did not include photos.

In 2027 I will be in my fourth year of studying Economics. I also work part time as a tutor privately and for the university. I am an introvert, but love meaningful one on one chats. I love hiking and being creative. I don’t smoke and rarely drink and I don’t like going out. I value a calm and peaceful home that is tidy.

I am looking for someone mature, who does not smoke. Someone who is hardworking preferably like a post grad student or young working professional. I don’t mind visitors but I would not enjoy frequent large gatherings. I am just looking for someone who is kind and keen to create a warm and calm home with me.
