THE FLAT: area/location : 2 Distillery rd Bosmans Crossing square Block B its a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms (one including shower, bath and sink, the other is only a toilet) apartment is already furnished with everything we possibly need including fridge, washing mashine, portable clother dryer etc. the bedrooms are big enough to fit a dubble bed and desk while still being able to walk around comfortably. the flat has 2 balconies one connecting to the living area and the other to the room i am currently using.
RENT: monthly rent: R9450 water is included, electricity is paid separately (usually rounds up to about R800 a month) we currently need to get a wifi contract i still need to speak to my dad about finding a new one as my current flatmate is taking the old one.
PARKING: they provide 1 parking per flat that i currently am using, there is outside parking that is safe aswell and we can work out turns to use the basement parking since there is only one, or either rent one from someone else. secure gate access.
i am tidy and friendly, and look to cook and be in the living area. Im 20 years old going in to second year.
