It’s a 2 bedroom,1 bathroom apartment in Ferndale. WiFi is included in the rental amount. Water and electricity is prepaid, we can figure out how much we spend monthly based of consumption. I’ don’t mind visitors I’d just expect you to be mindful of noise levels and cleanliness aswell. I’m a fun person, kind too and I value communication a lot.
