About the roomies
The room is perfect for an employed / working professional man, neat and tidy, with sober habits. Single occupant only. No overnight visitors. Proof of income and employment reference will be required. There is parking available for one vehicle. Certified Identity documents will be required. Roomie will be sharing the flat with myself. My preference is for a working person who keeps normal hours.
