You will have your own private carpeted room in a spacious house in a secure complex in Doornpoort. You will share the bathroom with 1 other person. The bathroom has a bath and shower. Water is included in the rent. Prepaid electricity will be split between me and the roommate. You will have undercover parking and there are visitor parkings for if you have family or friends over. There is a pool and braai area in the complex if you want to have a gathering with friends or family. Nice covered patio and spacious garden to relax in on your off days. The whole place will be furnished(couch, fridge, washing machine, all kitchen items etc) all you need to do is bring whatever you want in your own room. If you have your own furniture you are more than welcome to bring it with to put in the house aswell or store it in the garage.
