I am looking for someone to move in with me into a house in a complex. You will have your own spacious carpeted room. Water,electricity and WiFi is included in the rent. I will be providing all the furniture(couch, TV, washing machine, desks, kitchen items etc.). All you need to do is bring your bed and whatever you want in your own room. I have a spare single mattress you can use. Nice spacious garden to relax in on your off days. The house is in a nice, quiet and secure complex with a pool and braai area. Unfortunately no cats or dogs allowed as I do have 2 dogs(friendly, house trained, lovable).
The pictures have no furniture in it as they are still busy in the house and furniture will only be moved in at the end of July. The qualifying criteria is:
