Hi, I’m Ruby and I’m looking for a place in Kenilworth with a budget of R 7 000 per month. My partner lives in the area, so I’m keen to be nearby. I don’t drink and am a fulltime student at UCT with a very demanding workload, so I do not go out clubbing or host parties. I have a very friendly and obedient medium sized dog, a small sweet cat, my own furniture (that I can bring or leave) and a car. I’ve lived on my own since I was 19, and need a clean and tidy space to function. I’m trustworthy and friendly, and keep to myself as I’m often very tired from UCT.
