Hi, my name is Lance. I’m 60 years old and currently looking for a comfortable, private room to rent in the Alberton or Johannesburg South area, with a monthly budget of up to R4,000.

I’m a mature, responsible and respectful gentleman. I’m a non-smoker, of sober habits, quiet by nature, and generally keep to myself. I value cleanliness, peace and privacy, and I’m very mindful of respecting other people’s homes, personal space and boundaries.

I’m currently going through a divorce, which is the reason I’m looking for alternative accommodation.

I run my own online business, so ideally I’m looking for a room spacious enough to accommodate both my bed and a desk where I can work. My work is computer-based, and I don’t have clients visiting the premises.

I’m hoping to find a peaceful, secure and comfortable environment where I can enjoy some independence and privacy while being a considerate and reliable tenant.
