Hi, I’m Peter and I’m looking for a place in Cape Town with a budget of R 20 000 per month. I will be away for two months and back for two months on my rotation. So I’m looking for someone trustworthy, who is not going to have house parties or take advantage of me not being there. Im happy to contribute more to the rental, as I will want a guaranteed parking bay and a large room with en-suite preferably.
