Hi, I’m Sipho Zuma. My partner and I are a quiet, responsible, non-smoking couple looking for an unfurnished room, garden cottage, or flat-share in Pretoria starting 1 December 2026.

Our preferred areas are close to University of Pretoria campuses (Sunnyside, Arcadia, Pretoria Central, Gezina, Capital Park, or Pretoria North) within our budget of R1,800 – R2,500/month.
