I’m a friendly, considerate and independent young professional relocating from Pretoria to Cape Town in January 2027 for new career opportunities and an exciting new chapter.
I would describe myself as clean, respectful, responsible and easygoing. I enjoy socialising and getting to know people, but I also value my own space and understand the importance of boundaries when sharing a home.
I’m looking for a furnished room in a friendly, safe and welcoming home, preferably with other females, ideally in Durbanville or the surrounding areas. My budget is R4000 - R7,000 per month, and I’m initially interested in a short-term rental of 1–3 months while I settle into Cape Town.
