I’m a mature, responsible and easy-going working professional employed by Fidelity ADT, based at Zambezi Junction in Montana.

I’m currently living in Valhalla and looking to relocate closer to work.

I’m respectful, tidy, considerate and value a peaceful, secure and comfortable home environment. I’m friendly and sociable but also appreciate my privacy and respect that of others.

What I’m Looking For

I’m looking for a private, preferably unfurnished room in Montana, Montana Tuine, Sinoville, Doornpoort or the surrounding areas.

My budget is R3,000 per month, including water and electricity.

Secure parking for my vehicle is essential.

I’m happy to share a house with one or two mature, responsible working professionals. I have my own bed and a small bedside unit, so I don’t require a furnished room.

Ideally, I’m looking to move in on 1 December 2026, as I need to give my current landlady a month’s notice.

I’m looking for a stable, long-term arrangement where everyone respects one another’s space and privacy.
