Description

Hi, I’m Jade and I’m looking for a place in Simon’s Town or Murdock valley with a budget of R 4 000 per month. I am a very quiet gentleman, 50 years old. I am relocating to Cape town end of October to start work on 1st November. I am building my life from scratch due to spending 2 years looking after my elderly mother till her passing. I just need a room in the area close to work.

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
