ROOM TO RENT WANTED – WOODSTOCK TO SOUTHERN SUBURBS, CAPE TOWN

I am a 51-year-old lady looking for a room to rent, preferably directly from a property owner, anywhere from Woodstock down to the Southern Suburbs.

I am a warm, friendly, and sociable person who enjoys people and believes in treating others with kindness, respect, and consideration. I am clean, neat, tidy, and respectful of other people’s privacy and personal space.

I work full-time in a very stressful environment, so peace, quiet, and harmony at home are of the utmost importance to me. After a demanding day at work, I would love to come home to a calm, comfortable, and welcoming environment where I can relax and recharge.

My ideal home would be: A clean, tidy, and strictly non-smoking household.

• A peaceful environment with no weekend parties or excessive noise.
• A child-free home.
• Preferably sharing with a mature people or elderly couple.
• A warm, friendly household where people respect one another and value peaceful living.
• Preferably renting directly from the owner of any race , culture, or background. Preferred areas: Woodstock, Salt River, Observatory, Mowbray, Rosebank, Rondebosch, Claremont, Kenilworth, Wynberg, Plumstead, Parow,and surrounding areas, but will consider other areas, provided they fit the above, and access to transport is easy.
