Hi, I’m Coenraad, although most people call me Linkie. I’m looking for a place to call home in the Western Cape, with a budget of around R6,500 per month. I’m clean, hygienic, respectful and considerate of other people’s space, belongings and privacy. A few succulents are my only pets. I work from home, so a reliable Wi-Fi connection is essential for me.

Work keeps me pretty busy, and I’m generally a quiet, independent person who values his own space. That said, I’m friendly, easygoing and always happy to meet like-minded people. I believe sharing a home works best when everyone respects one another, communicates openly and does their bit to keep the place pleasant for everyone.

I’m not a complicated housemate to live with. I appreciate a peaceful home, a bit of personal space and a good atmosphere. I’m also partial to a good conversation and a bit of a laugh. And if I do venture out after dark, there’s a fair chance it’ll be for a couple of beers and as many games of pool as I can win! 😄 I’m looking for somewhere comfortable where I can settle in, enjoy a good home environment and work towards my future. Ideally, I’m thinking of the next six months or so, but I’m certainly open to staying longer term if things work well and everyone’s happy.
