I’m looking for a room in Goodwood / Vasco / Townsend Estate / Bothasig / Edgemead / N1 City area - close to work.

About me:

  • Quiet and respectful, no loud music or parties sober habits..
  • No kids, no pets
  • I work Monday to Saturday (early shift), so I’m out most of the day and sleep early
  • I pay rent on time every month (R4800/month stable, paid weekly)

What I’m looking for:

  • Safe, quiet place with good people
  • Private room with shared kitchen/bathroom is fine
  • Budget: R2,200 - R3,000 incl. (water, electricity, WiFi)
