Hi, I’m Conrad and I’m looking for a place in Fish Hoek and Muizenberg with a budget of R 6 000 per month possibly more depending on what I get for the money. Essentially just looking for a secure room to sleep and a quiet calm space.

I’m looking for a short-term rental for one month, possibly extending to two months. I recently sold my property and am currently finalizing a few matters relating to the sale, which require me to remain in Cape Town for the time being.

As I’m expecting to relocate once everything is finalized, I’m specifically looking for a flexible short-term arrangement rather than committing to a long-term lease.

My belongings are already in storage, so I’m essentially looking for a secure, comfortable place to stay and work remotely from. I run a travel business and work online, and I would also need secure parking for my motorcycle.
