I’ve lived in house shares, residences, and hostels for a good chunk of my life; I know what if takes to live with strangers. That being said, I’m flexible to establish new dynamics with whomever I stay: we can be friends or we can be amicable roommates. As long as we have a clear understanding of the dynamic, I don’t mind relating to you in the way you find most suitable.

I am I very cleanly person. Any shared spaces will be a shared responsibility to keep clean regularly. What happens in your room is your responsibility (unless help is requested).

We’re all still figuring life out, so I wouldn’t be surprised of disagreements arise. Please feel free to raise any concerns or issues you may have. It’s always best to resolve it rather than live with someone you have gripes with.

I do have a car so I would like preference for a parking space. Anything outside of that, we can discuss and figure out together.
