Hi! My name is Jyotsana, I’m 24 years old, and I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Landscape Architecture at UCT, which I’ll be completing by the end of November. After that, I plan to stay in Cape Town for a few months while looking for a job. My accommodation requirements:

Preferred move-in date: 1 November

Budget: Around R8,000–R9,000 per month

Looking for: A bedroom with access to a bathroom and kitchen (shared facilities are also fine).

Parking: A safe and secure parking space for my car.

Lease: Ideally, I’m looking for a place where I can stay for a few months while I finish my studies and look for a job, with flexibility depending on the lease terms.
