Hey! 👋🏾 I’m looking for a room/roommate situation in Cape Town for when I start working. Ideally somewhere reasonably close to the CBD/Waterfront, preferably with an easy commute (around 20 minutes)

My budget is around R5,000–R5,500 for rent, depending on the place and what’s included. I’m mainly looking for somewhere clean, safe and comfortable rather than anything too fancy.

I’m pretty chilled and honestly a bit of a nerd 😂 so I’ll mostly be working, studying/learning, gymming and doing my own thing, so I really won’t bother you much. I’m tidy, respectful of shared spaces and happy to communicate if anything comes up.

Basically just looking for a peaceful place with a good roommate dynamic. 😊
