We are a small family of three — myself and my two children, who are both university students. I am permanently employed and have a stable income, and we are looking for a comfortable 1- or 2-bedroom home where we can live peacefully and responsibly.
We are quiet, respectful and clean people who take pride in keeping our home neat and well maintained. My children are responsible university students, and we have a calm lifestyle focused on work, studies and family. We do not have a large household, and we would treat the property as our own, taking good care of it and respecting the neighbours and community.
We are looking for a long-term home and are comfortable with a monthly rental of up to R7,500. As a permanently employed tenant, I value paying rent on time and maintaining a good relationship with the landlord and property management.
