I’m looking for accommodation from 19 September 2026. I’m a working professional and need one room. My maximum budget is R7,500 per month. I’m happy to sign a lease, but I would like to negotiate the deposit or pay it in instalments. I would prefer a furnished room and ideally walking distance to Searle Street, Woodstock. Please let me know if the room is still available and what the total move-in cost would be.
