I’m a respectful, well-presented and ambitious individual who values a peaceful, clean and well-maintained home environment. I consider myself mature, responsible and easy-going, with a strong appreciation for privacy, personal space and mutual respect.

At this stage of my life, I’m focused on building stability, progressing professionally and creating a positive foundation for the future. I work hard, take pride in being dependable and believe that where you live should be a place where you can feel comfortable, safe and at peace.

As a housemate, I’m considerate of the people around me. I respect house rules, keep shared spaces clean and tidy, and understand the importance of being mindful of noise and other people’s personal space. I’m sociable and friendly when the occasion calls for it, but I also appreciate having my own space to relax and recharge.

I’m ideally looking for an affordable room in a secure, respectable house-share or flatette, preferably in an area with convenient access to the city while still offering a safe and comfortable atmosphere — particularly Maitland, Goodwood or Athlone.

I’m not looking for luxury for the sake of luxury. I’m looking for a place with good energy, respectful people and a comfortable environment where I can settle in, work hard, grow and genuinely feel at home. I would treat the property and the people I live with with the same level of respect I would expect for myself.
