I am a 57-year-old working professional looking for a room to rent from Monday to Friday. I have my own home on the West Coast, so I would only need the room during the working week. I am looking for a quiet, clean and secure home, preferably with: My own private bathroom Secure parking Access to a kitchen - not to cook, just to make cup of tea in the evening. Wi-Fi A furnished room, if possible I am responsible, tidy and respectful, and would prefer a peaceful living environment. I am flexible regarding the area, depending on the distance to work, and my budget is R5000.00 - R5500.00 per month. I am looking to move in around - 01 October 2026.
