We are a peaceful, sober, and highly responsible Christian family of three. The household consists of myself and my wife (both in our early 40s) and our well-mannered 15-year-old daughter. We are strictly non-smokers and do not consume alcohol. As a family, we value a quiet, clean, and harmonious living environment, and we treat any property we occupy with the utmost respect and care.

I am a self-employed businessman whose primary work operations are located outside of Gauteng. Because my work requires frequent travel, the property will mostly be occupied by my wife and daughter during the week. As a close-knit and safety-conscious family, we keep to ourselves, maintain an orderly routine, and prioritize a secure, serene home environment.

As a self-employed professional, I take my financial commitments seriously. I recently experienced a brief, unexpected hospitalization due to a blood pressure complication while away in Polokwane. Thankfully, I am fully recovered and back at work. While this medical emergency caused a temporary disruption to my normal schedule and timeline, our financial foundation remains stable. We are fully prepared to meet all financial obligations and rent payments promptly.
