Hello,
I am interested in your furnished room in Gordon Street, Gardens, for my 20-year-old son.
He will be doing an internship at Inhouse Design Studio, 9A Newmarket Street, Foreshore, from approximately 14 September to 8 December 2026.
We are looking for a quiet, safe place for the full period. Your room looks very interesting, particularly because it has its own bathroom and access to a shared kitchen.
Could you please let me know:
whether the room is available for the entire period 14 September–8 December 2026; whether the bathroom is exclusively for the tenant; who currently lives in the house; whether the room is furnished as shown; whether Wi-Fi, electricity and water are included in the R8,000 rent; and what deposit and minimum-stay requirements apply? Security is very important to us, as he will be living in Cape Town on his own.
Would it also be possible to arrange a video viewing?
