25-year-old professional (turning 26 this month) relocating from the Eastern Cape to Cape Town for an IT job I’ve held remotely since August. I’m clean, considerate, reliable with rent/bills, and looking for an October 1st move-in for a 12-month or longer stay in and around Observatory. By day, I work full-time, and I also manage a small record label—though I keep it quiet at home with no studio setups or late noise (I save music for live concerts and festivals!). Since I’m new to the city, I’d love friendly housemates up for a casual meal or showing me around. I’m open to finding an existing room or teaming up to rent an apartment together!
