Good day,

I am in the process of divorce and will need a room temporary, from 1 Oct 2026, until i can buy my own flat which could be anywhere between 1 to 4 months, depending on apartment availabilities as well as the transfer of the property on my name. But I can only do that once my divorce has been finalized. I have 2 children, ages 18 and 17, who will stay with their Dad until I am sorted with my permanent residence. Our divorce is amicable so there wont be any drama. I work at Stellenbosch University so full time at work during the week and off weekends. I don’t want to rent for 12 months because my end goal is to buy my own apartment.
