My boyfriend and I are on the hunt for a new place to call home from 1 October 2026. We’re looking mainly in Sea Point, Green Point, De Waterkant, Bo-Kaap, Vredehoek, Gardens or Tamboerskloof, with the Atlantic Seaboard being our first choice. Our budget is up to R18,500. Our ideal place would be unfurnished and have: • 2 bedrooms • Plenty of cupboard space • Lots of natural light (north-facing would be a bonus!) • A balcony or little courtyard • Parking available • Pet friendly, as we’d love to get a cat. A little about us; I’m a Graphic Designer and my boyfriend is a Property Development Manager. We’re both permanently employed, have a strong credit record, references available if needed, and we’re looking for somewhere we can stay long term. We’re non-smokers and spend most weekends watching sport, reading, or out and about. We are a respectful couple and want somewhere that feels like our perfect home.
