We are first year students in College and would like to have a place to stay to be able to attend school since we are further away from school. We promise to keep the place clean all the time, and focus on our studies. We are also very friendly so it won’t be a problem communicating with our rents, neighbours and others. We would really appreciate it if we could get an affordable place to live in.
