I’m a quiet, respectful professional in my 60s from Italy, traveling to Cape Town for an extended stay during January-February 2027. I lived and worked in Cape Town back in 2009 and have returned several times since, so I know and love this region well.

As a housemate, I value cleanliness, courtesy, and peaceful coexistence. I work remotely occasionally, keep regular hours, and am comfortable sharing kitchen/living spaces respectfully. I don’t smoke, don’t drink excessively, and appreciate a calm home environment.
