Hi! I’m a friendly, respectful and tidy young professional and student. I enjoy keeping my living space clean and organised.

I work as a private teacher and also study, so some days I’m out working and other days I work or study from home. I appreciate a peaceful, respectful home environment where everyone is considerate of each other’s space and schedules.

I enjoy cooking and keeping the kitchen and shared areas clean. I have good personal hygiene and believe in cleaning up after myself. I don’t smoke, and I’d prefer a smoke-free home.

I’m happy for my roommate to have visitors occasionally, as long as everyone is respectful and keeps noise to a reasonable level. I value open communication, healthy boundaries and paying rent on time.

On most weekends I’m away from Friday to Monday, so I’m often out of the house. I’m easy to get along with, but I also respect personal space and expect the same in return. I’m looking for a clean, honest and considerate roommate to share a comfortable home with.
