I’m a young working professional looking for a place to call home. I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with, and I value a peaceful and tidy living environment. I’d prefer to stay with someone who shares similar values around keeping shared spaces neat and comfortable.

My budget is around R3800 to R4000 including water and electricity, and I’m ideally looking for a room with a reasonable deposit. I’m ready to move in from 30 June / 1 July.
