Hi, I’m working at Ackermans and I’m looking for a comfortable, respectful place for myself and my nephew, who is a student. I spend most of my time at work and I’m a friendly, easygoing person who values cleanliness, peace, and good communication. We’re both respectful of people’s space and want a calm, positive environment to live in. I may occasionally have friends or family visit, but we’re considerate and mindful of noise. We’d make reliable and responsible tenants/housemates.
