We’re a small group of responsible, respectful adults who keep the place clean and quiet. We all have stable jobs/studies, pay rent on time, and communicate well if any issues come up. We respect shared spaces, keep noise down especially at night, and follow house rules. No parties, no smoking inside, and we’re happy to help with basic upkeep like taking out trash and cleaning common areas. We’re looking for a long-term, low-stress place to call home, and we’ll treat the apartment like our own. You won’t have to worry about late rent, damage, or complaints from neighbors.
