I am currently the owner and sole employee of a Online English tutoring business. Unfortunately, since I work from home and have rather inconsistent income, I hardly ever get beyond the dreaded ‘×3 times monthly income’ requirement by most property listings. I like living with people who are not too noisy and have some sense of self-awareness. Chaotic lifestyles and untidy individuals aren’t really my thing, obviously.
