I would be great to live with as I am reliable, tidy, drama-free, and I pay my way.

• Respectful of space and schedules - I work a stable job, so rent/utilities will be paid on time, every time. I’m out most weekdays and value quiet relaxed evenings.

• Clean without being obsessive - I clean up after myself immediately — do my share of common-area chores. If we set a cleaning roster, I’ll stick to it.

• Good communicator, zero drama - If something’s up, I’ll talk about it directly and calmly. Bills, guests, noise — I believe in sorting things before they become issues.

• Financially responsible - No debt review, no judgements, and I budget. You won’t have to chase me for my part of Wi-Fi or electricity.

• Considerate with shared stuff - I’ll replace anything I finish, ask before borrowing, and keep noise down after 9pm on work nights. Guests only with a heads-up.

• Independent but friendly - I’m happy to chat and share a meal, but I also enjoy my own space. You’ll get a housemate, not a new best friend you’re forced to hang out with.
