Hi, I’m a young working professional looking for a clean, safe and comfortable place to call home in Durban.

I’m a responsible, respectful and tidy person who values a peaceful living environment. I work full-time, so I’m generally busy during the day and prefer a home that is quiet and well maintained.

I’m friendly and easy to get along with, but I also respect personal space and privacy. I’m not a party person and I’m looking for a mature, respectful household with good communication.

I’m ideally looking for a private room, preferably in a clean home with a manageable number of people sharing the kitchen and bathroom. I’m open to sharing with another working professional or a small household.

My preferred areas include Morningside, Windermere, Glenwood, Berea, Musgrave, Greenwood Park and surrounding areas, with reasonable access to Umhlanga/Gateway.

My budget is around R3,000–R4,000 per month, depending on what is included.
