I am Respectful of space and stuff. I treat shared spaces like shared spaces. I ask before borrowing, replace what I finish, and clean up after myself.

I am Reliable with money. Rent and bills are paid on time, every time. No awkward group chat reminders needed.

I am Clean and not obsessive. I do my dishes right away and keep common areas tidy. I’m fine with a chore roster and I actually stick to it.

I am Good communicator. If I’mhaving friends over, going away, or something’s bothering me, I’ll say it directly instead of doing passive-aggressive notes.

Quiet hours are sacred.I keep noise down late at night and early mornings. Headphones exist for a reason.

Am Friendly but not clingy. Down to chat, cook together, or watch a series, but I also value alone time and respect yours.

Conflict = solution mode-If there’s an issue, I’d rather talk it out once and fix it than let it fester.

Bonus skills- I can cook basic meals, unclog a sink, split packages fairly, and kill spiders if needed.
