I’m a 26-year-old female looking for a budget-friendly room to rent. I’m outgoing, talkative, and easy to get along with—but I also really enjoy my alone time, so I’m a nice mix of social and independent.

I’m super clean and organized (like, I actually enjoy a tidy space 😄), and I’m very respectful of shared areas. I do have two kids, but they don’t live with me, so it’ll just be me staying in the room.

I’d prefer a place without pets, as I’m not really a pet person.
