I’m based in Pringle Bay and looking for a comfortable shared space in the Southern Suburbs or Southern Peninsula during the week to be closer to work. I work full days from the office, so I’m out during the day and keep a fairly quiet, structured routine. I value a clean and tidy home environment and am considerate of shared spaces and noise levels. Friendly and sociable, but also quite independent. I’m active and tend to keep early, low-key evenings. Ideally looking for a calm, well-kept home. A dog-friendly environment would be a bonus, but not essential.
