My name is Marnus. I recently relocated to Cape Town for work opportunities and I’m currently based in the Durbanville area. I’m employed and actively building stability here, so I’m looking for a clean, safe and peaceful place to stay.

I’m a very respectful, responsible and neat person. I value a calm home environment and I’m not a party person. I don’t smoke and I live a sober lifestyle. I keep shared spaces tidy, pay rent on time, and communicate openly if anything needs to be discussed.

I have a strong background in administration and hospitality, which means I’m organised, considerate and used to living and working around other people respectfully. I’m friendly and easy to get along with, but I also respect privacy and personal space.

I’m simply looking for a stable, comfortable place where I can focus on work and settling into Cape Town properly.
