I’m a friendly, respectful, and easy-going person who would be great to live with. I work during the day, so I’m usually out and about, and I value a calm, clean, and comfortable home to come back to.

I’m considerate of shared spaces, mindful of noise levels, and I believe good communication makes shared living enjoyable. While I’m fun and sociable, I prefer a peaceful home environment.

I’m looking for a housemate who is non-smoking, doesn’t host parties, keeps noise to a reasonable level, and doesn’t have frequent overnight guests. Mutual respect and a relaxed, drama-free household are important to me.
