Hi, my name is LonwaboSonwabe. I’m an individual student who has been accepted at CPUT Bellville, where I’ll be studying an Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering. I’m starting my studies very soon, so I’m looking for a comfortable, safe place to stay close to campus. I’m a responsible, respectful, and tidy person who values a peaceful living environment. I focus on my studies during the week and keep a good balance between work and rest. I’m considerate of shared spaces, pay rent on time, and communicate openly if there are any issues. I would be a great fit with roommates who are mature, respectful, and focused, and who appreciate a clean and calm home. I’m friendly and easy to get along with, but I also respect personal space and boundaries. I’m looking forward to sharing a home where everyone feels comfortable and respected.
