I have my own bedroom and you will have your own bedroom that is empty .I’m looking for a person to share an apartment with in South Hills Lifestyle Estates (building) Cnr Nephin Road and, Steelpoort St, South Hills, Johannesburg South, 2197. Its furnished and there’s still a space for your fridge and your microwave/ kettle whatever appliances you may have. Wifi and a parking lot is available as well. 🔥NO SECURITY/ DEPOSIT NEEDED. The Estate do offer a monthly storage place incase you may need that. It also does a monthly pesticides control and fumigation on-site since Johannesburg has a pandemic of flies, pests and Roaches. There are on-site water tanks and a water-truck always comes to supply water when there’s shortage supply of water or at times when there is NO water on-site , around the Area or within the vicinity. The neighborhood is very safe and the Estate is very secured. Rent is non-refundable. If in the future you wish to receive a refund ,then you would have to pay and secure a deposit of R3000 before you move in to avoid unnecessary miscommunication/s.
