Description

I have semi-grated (from Pretoria) to Somerset West on 8 January 2026. I had a business in Pretoria - and wish to replicate it in Cape Town. I stayed in Somerset West for 6 months, and are now staying in Parow. I have decided to seek property in Bloubergstrand. As my business settles and grows, I will move from shared accommodation, to a rental to purchasing a property. If you need a roomie in these areas, I will gladly be available. Between 6 - 12 months until I have settled in.

Just found my 2nd roommate here. Roomies makes it easy and less stressful. Great place to find a roommate.

— Frank, Roomies user

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

— Arnold, Roomies user

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

— Michael, Roomies user

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
