I am semi-grating to Somerset West on 8 January 2026. I have current business in Pretoria - and wish to replicate it in Cape Town. As centrally located as possible, so I can call (rep) all areas. (City Bowl or CBD, Gardens, Higgovale, Foreshore, Woodstock and surrounding areas). If you need a roomie in these areas, I will gladly be available. Between 6 - 12 months until I have settled in.
